If you aren't brining game birds and poulty before you grill, smoke, or roast them, you are missing out on a tastier, more tender and jucy meal. Each brine kit contains two packets of mix and easy to follow instructions. Each packet makes one gallon of brine, a total of two gallons of brine can be made from one kit.
Ingredients:
Salt, sugar, brown sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), maple syrup, caramel color, and less than 2% glycerine added to prevent caking.
