Westside Stores will work hard to get your instock order shipped out of our Salmon Arm, British Columbia location within 3-5 business days of the purchase being completed. E-transfers (EMT) will be automatically deposited and do not require a password allowing us to provide 1-2 day shipping during the week. Orders will update during the week only, unless they have been delivered to Canada Post; which than Canada Post will update you through the provide tracking number.
Orders will be shipped using Canada Post requiring a signature and proof of ID on the recipients end to protect both parties from fraud.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Firearms can only be shipped within Canada by verified PAL. At this time we cannot ship ammunition or reloading components such as primers and powder (bullets and brass are fine).

Return and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase for most items. Returns and exchanges will require:
1) The original purchase receipt. 2) The original method of payment. Returns with the original receipt will be made to the original method of payment (cash and payment card). Store credit will be given for returns with gift receipt. 3) The item must be unused/unworn, in original packaging and accompanied by all items provided by manufacturer. Items which show signs of being used will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. *some conditions and exclusions apply. Firearms, optics, ammunition, reloading components, rings and bases, electronics, undergarments, swimwear, jewelry, sleeping bags and live bait are final sale.
You may return most new, unopened items with original sales receipt within 30 days of delivery for exchange or a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
Returns will not be accepted on all custom or special orders
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If products are found to be defective or fail during the manufacturer's warranty period, we will gladly assist you in getting the product repaired or replaced if you require it. Often the manufacture will want the customer to deal with them direct or ship them the defective item to them.
All warranties are implied and honored by the manufacturers as stated on the packaging. Westside Stores does not repair or replace items under warranty.
