Westside Stores will work hard to get your in-stock order shipped out of our Salmon Arm, British Columbia location within 3-5 business days of the purchase being completed. E-transfers (EMT) to will be automatically deposited and do not require a password allowing us to provide next day shipping during the week if all product is instock on you invoice. Orders will update during the week only, unless they have been delivered to Canada Post; which than Canada Post will update you through the provide tracking number.

Restricted and Non-Restricted firearms can both be shipped within Canada. At this time we can not ship ammunition or reloading components such as primers and powder (bullets and brass are fine).

Return and Exchange Policy
You may return most new, unopened items with original sales receipt within 30 days of delivery for exchange or a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
Items that are returned for exchange or refund must be in their original packaging and in new condition with no signs or being used, worn, washed or stained. Items which show signs of being used will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returns will not be accepted on all custom or special orders.
Some items may not be returned for exchange or refund, these items will include firearms, ammunition, reloading components, under garments, swim wear, jewelry and sleeping bags.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If products are found to be defective or fail during the manufacturer's warranty period, we will gladly assist you in getting the product repaired or replaced if you require.
All warranties are implied and honored by the manufacturers as stated on the packaging. Westside Stores does not repair or replace items under warranty.
