Get benched this season. It is easy to collect a lot of "sand bags" over the years for sighting in your rifles and for doing a little shooting off the bench. But the reality is that this set is all you really need to do the job. That little rear bag is just plain nice for keeping the buttstock at the right height for comfort. The fill on both is lighter than sand, but heavy enough to be solid and secure for precision shooting. This is not a replacement for a "lead sled" which is a good thing, because you won't need to haul something bulky like that around all the time. These are convenient and easy to set up. And they work perfectly.
