The 18 Quart Dual Basket Fryer comes with everything you need to begin your cooking experience. Cook two things at once and cut your frying time in half.
Constructed of aluminum, steel and cast iron components. Features include a 21 inch CSA approved welded steel stand for stability. A 50,000 BTU cast-iron burner provides power for quick oil heat up and recovery time. An adjustable regulator helps ensure proper temperature control. The rectangular strainer baskets come with insulated handles for safety and are ideal for preparing your favorite foods such as fish, wings or onion rings.
Other accessories include an 18-quart aluminum pot with side handles and a 5 inch thermometer.
